Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

At www.frsoccershop.com, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the return window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Securely pack the item with all original packaging and include your RMA number inside the package.

3. Ship the return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to their personalized nature, all customized jerseys are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. This includes jerseys printed with any player name, number, custom text, or patches. We strongly recommend double-checking your customization details before completing your purchase. Returns that do not meet our policy conditions (e.g., worn items, missing tags) may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% or refusal.
